I know this article is very old, but it still appears in search engines when searching for the names of some of the brokers mentioned. While I understand that the forex market contains a lot of scams, I think it’s important to keep information updated whenever changes arise that may make some of this information incorrect.

I am fairly certain that Open E Cry is in no way under capitalized anymore, as they have been purchased by optionsxpress which is a well known and reputable broker.

So you don’t need to ‘get your money out’ if OEC is a broker you are considering or currently use.

Captial Blu Management has been busted. Donovan Davis. Jr., Blayne Davis, and Damien Bromfield have been charged with operating a fraudulent commodity scheme and will probably get thrown in jail. Apparently they used investors’ money for luxury automobiles, private jet charters and, a two-night $40,000 spree at a “gentlemen’s club.”
